How can I track my order? We'll send you tracking information via email after your order is dispatched.

How long does delivery take? Orders are typically delivered within 3-10 business days.

What happens if I receive a faulty item? Please contact us immediately at support@RingsideThreads.co.uk with your order number, a description of the fault, and a photograph as evidence. We'll work on rectifying the problem as soon as possible.

What if something is missing from my order? In the rare case something is missing, contact us right away with your name, order number, and details of the missing item(s).

I received the wrong item! Mistakes happen. Contact us immediately with your name, order number, details of the incorrect item received, and (if possible) a photograph.

Made to Order & Delivery Time: To minimize waste, we produce items on demand. Dispatch and delivery typically take 3-10 business days.

Where do you ship to? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the UK.
Returns

Can I return my order? Absolutely! You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

How do I return an item? Please include a completed returns form with your order information inside the package you're returning. This helps us identify your return quickly and efficiently.

What condition does the returned item need to be in? We ask that returned items are unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors, blemishes, or signs of wear.

Are there any items that cannot be returned? Underwear, socks (for hygiene reasons), and items with animal/human hair are non-returnable.

Who pays for return postage? The customer is responsible for covering the cost of returning any items. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your own security and peace of mind.

What happens if I return part of a promotional offer? Promotional offers (e.g., 2 t-shirts for a set price) can only be exchanged for the same item(s) unless the entire offer is returned.

What happens if my return is after the 14-day window? Items returned after 14 days will only be eligible for store credit. (within 30 days).

What happens if I received a free gift with my purchase? If you return an item that came with a free gift, you must also return the gift. Otherwise, you'll be invoiced for its full value.

What if my return doesn't meet your return policy? We reserve the right to return the item to you in the same condition it was received if it breaches our policy. You may also be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Processing Returns

How long does it take to process a return? Allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. Don't worry if you've tracked your return as delivered but haven't heard from us yet - we're working on it!
